NCC-LEGAL-003 — NCC Fee Schedule
1. Overview
This Fee Schedule lists the standard fees charged by Newport Clearing Corporation (“NCC”) for participation, routing, clearing, settlement, technical access, and related infrastructure services.
NCC is the clearing, settlement, routing, and interbank infrastructure subsidiary of Alta Group N.V.
If a fee is not listed in this Fee Schedule or another written NCC agreement, then the fee is currently not charged.
NCC may update this Fee Schedule at any time.
2. Roleplay and Virtual Economy Notice
NCC is designed for use within Minecraft, Discord, roleplay communities, virtual economies, and related online environments.
Unless NCC clearly states otherwise in writing:
- fees are charged in the applicable in-game, fictional, simulated, or roleplay currency;
- fees do not represent real-world clearing house, central bank, payment system, settlement, routing, or bank network fees;
- NCC does not process real-world bank transfers;
- NCC does not operate a real-world clearing house;
- NCC services do not create real-world banking, payment, securities, investment, legal, or financial rights.
3. Currency
Unless otherwise stated, NCC fees are charged in Newport Florins (ƒ) or the applicable currency used by the relevant NCC service.
NCC may support other currencies if approved by NCC or Alta Group.
4. Participation Fees
Participation fees apply to institutions approved to join or maintain access to the NCC network.

Reserves and holds are not fees unless NCC clearly states otherwise. They are risk controls and may restrict access to balances or settlement capacity.
7. Technical Access Fees
Technical access fees apply to NCC dashboards, bots, APIs, integrations, routing tools, settlement tools, or related infrastructure access.

8. Custom and Special Fees
NCC may charge custom, manual, negotiated, or case-specific fees if disclosed to the institution before or at the time the service is provided.
Custom fees may apply to:
- dedicated infrastructure;
- custom routing integrations;
- custom settlement setup;
- high-volume processing;
- custom reporting;
- emergency manual work;
- complex investigations;
- special institution onboarding;
- enterprise support;
- large or unusual operations;
- products not listed in this Fee Schedule.
No custom fee applies unless NCC clearly states it.
9. No Other Standard Fees Currently Charged
At the time of this Fee Schedule, NCC does not currently charge standard fees for:
- participation applications;
- standard membership;
- routing number assignment;
- standard interbank transfers;
- standard clearing;
- standard settlement;
- failed transfers;
- rejected transfers;
- reversals;
- corrections;
- standard dashboard access;
- standard technical access;
- standard investigations;
- standard risk reviews.
NCC may introduce additional fees later by updating this Fee Schedule or publishing product-specific terms.
10. Fee Changes
NCC may update this Fee Schedule at any time.
Updated fees become effective when posted, published, or otherwise made available, unless NCC states a later effective date.
Continued participation in NCC after a fee update means the participating institution accepts the updated fees.
11. Fee Collection
NCC may collect fees by:
- deducting from a settlement account;
- deducting from institution balances;
- deducting from reserves where allowed;
- issuing an invoice;
- requiring manual payment;
- charging an Alta Bank account where permitted;
- using another approved billing method.
NCC may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or terminate services for unpaid fees.
12. Refunds of Fees
Fees are generally non-refundable unless NCC decides otherwise or a specific written agreement states otherwise.
NCC may issue fee refunds, credits, reversals, or adjustments at its discretion.
13. Relationship to Other Documents
This Fee Schedule applies together with:
- NCC Participation Agreement;
- NCC Operating Rules;
- NCC Governance Charter;
- Alta Group Terms of Service;
- Alta Group Privacy Policy;
- Alta Group Intellectual Property Policy;
- any applicable NCC procedures, notices, or technical documentation.
If another agreement lists a specific fee for a specific NCC product or service, that specific fee controls for that product or service unless NCC states otherwise.
14. Approval
This Fee Schedule is adopted by NCC as the standard fee schedule for NCC participation, routing, clearing, settlement, technical access, and related services.
